The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Management Board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Anne-Maria Rothenstein as the new Chair of the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Regulatory Working Group (RWG).
Anne-Maria Rothenstein has chaired the RWG on an interim basis for a short period and has previously been the RWG Vice-Chair.

Due to the vast experience and the work that has been developed by its Digital Assets Committee (DAC) and its Regulatory Working Group (RWG) since their formulation, аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA shared its feedback on the Consultation Report on Policy Recommendations for Crypto and Digital Asset Markets.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Roy Daniels has been re-elected аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Africa President by the Africa National Associations.
The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Africa President will serve a term of three years on the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Management Board.
Mr. Roy Daniels has been in the banking industry for the past 30 years, in markets for 20 years (including 12 years at Rand Merchant Bank as Head of Africa Trading Global Markets), and has been part of the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø South Africa committee for 12 years.
