Kim Winding Larsen is the President Delegate for аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA since September 2019.

Kim’s career started in 1980 at Danske Bank A/S and throughout the following 39 years, Kim has built a long and prosperous professional path at the bank, where he held several management and senior leadership roles, enlightening that his connection to the financial markets started early on.

Kim left the company in 2019 to embrace a new adventure as President Delegate of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA.

Kim counts 30 years of professional affiliations in innumerous entities related with Financial Markets in Scandinavia and Denmark and next year (2021), he will celebrate 20 years of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø active collaboration and participation. Kim’s effective cooperation contemplate various аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø roles during the course of the years:

  • 1997 – 2001: Chair of the Education Board - аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø Forex Danmark;
  • 2001 – 2019: President for аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FOREX DANMARK and Head of DK аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø Education.ÌýCouncil & Voting Member at the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA International;
  • Since 2013: Vice chair - аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø International Regulatory Working Group;
  • 2014 – 2015: Member of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø International, Steering Committee;
  • 2017 – 2018: аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA European President;
  • Since 2018: Member of the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø – Money Market Liquidity Working Group.

Rui Correia

Executive Director and Chair of Board of Education

Rui Correia is currently Executive Director and Chair of Board of Education for аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA, having the global responsibility to deliver the education suite of the Association since 2018 (terms: Aug 2018/ Jul 2021, Aug 2021/ Jul 2024, Aug 2024/Jul 2027).

Rui has spent the first 25 years of his career working in dealing rooms, having had roles in trading, structuring and sales in internationally recognised financial institutions, in London, Madrid and Lisbon. From 2014 onwards, Rui became a Certified Trainer in financial markets, working primarily on the delivery of MiFID II related training to several market participants in Iberia.

With a Master in Finance, Rui believes that education is absolutely key for the development of all professionals working in the industry, both to develop their skills and knowledge on the markets and its products, but also to enhance the good practices which are essential for the sound functioning of financial markets.

Patricia Casal

Patricia Casal

Senior Head Office Manager

Patricia Casal, a native of Spain and France, is the Head Office Manager at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA. With a strong foundation in French studies from the Official School of Languages in Galicia, Patricia moved to London, where she spent four years gaining valuable experience as a Front Office Manager in the hotel industry.

Her tenure in London and Paris allowed her to develop a comprehensive expertise in hotel management, which she later expanded by transitioning to administrative roles across various companies. This diverse experience eventually led her to the banking sector, where she first became acquainted with the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA.

Drawn by the association’s rich history, spirit, ethical values, and mission, Patricia joined as an Administrative Assistant. Her dedication and competence quickly led her to higher responsibilities, culminating in her role as аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Head Office Manager and, as of April 2024, аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Senior Head Office Manager.

With over 15 years of involvement in the association, Patricia brings a wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to managing the Head Office, supporting the Management Board, the President, and the Councillors.

Gavriela Fraseri

Education Assistant Manager

Gavriela Fraseri joined аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA in March 2021 as Head Office Assistant. Since the earlier days in Paris, she supported the enhancement of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Education, one of the core values of our Association.

Given her efforts, аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA has managed to develop and promote the offering of our educational tools. With her promotion to Education Assistant Manager in April 2024, we firmly believe that Gavriela will help to further improve аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA Education.

Gavriela’s career started in Greece, the place she grew up and considers diverse and interesting experiences, namely: from Store Manager to Office Manager and Executive Assistant in international and multicultural environments.

She is an alum of a Bac +4 in Sociology from Panteion University of Athens, a High Diploma in Project Management from the International Business Management Institute of Berlin (Online), and a Certificate of Specialized training in Human Resources Management from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She speaks fluently English, Greek, Albanian and has also a high level of French.

Aoife McSweeney

Head Office Assistant

Aoife McSweeney joined аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA in September 2023 as Head Office Assistant.

Originally from Ireland, Aoife holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce International with French from University College Cork. She completed an academic year abroad at Grenoble IAE, Graduate School of Management. In her final year of university, Aoife majored in management and marketing and graduated with honours. She recently decided to move to Paris to start her career and further develop her French language skills.

Aoife is an enthusiastic and innovative person.

Sobia Abdul

Sobia Hamour

Head Office Assistant (Part-time)

Sobia started her professional career as a sales advisor in a library but willing to take a new turn in her career and improving her administrative skills, she decided shifting towards an executive assistant training in 2017.
As soon as she completed her training, Sobia joined аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø France as executive assistant, where she also supports the associations COSSIOM and CNO. All of them involved in financial markets activities.
With her experience, Sobia was soon required to assist аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA in various administrative tasks including assistance on the creation of the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA calendar, a useful tool listing public holidays around the world.

While continuing with her usual duties, Sobia joined in June 2020 the secretariat аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø FMA team in part-time basis, reinforcing the already existing team.

Sobia is a motivated and dynamic person and a valuable team player.
